The Future Bright Trust 100 Lottery Club Membership

What is the 100 Club?

The Future Bright Trust 100 Club is a monthly lottery that helps us to meet the costs of educating our orphaned children in South Africa. Each lottery member is entered into a monthly draw with three cash prizes up for grabs!

Why Support the Future Bright Trust Lottery?

Future Bright Trust is a small UK charity committed to the education of orphaned children in South Africa. There are very many orphaned children in that country and so often overseas aid to them gets spread very thinly. Knowing this, Future Bright Trust made the decision to focus on just one care provider, The Community of The Resurrection of Our Lord who have taken 5 children into their care. They are a group of Anglican nuns who provide home, clothes, food and love.

For the past 11 years all the cost of educating these children has been met by Future Bright Trust – uniforms, stationery, extra tuition, outings… and the school fees which are required even in the state schools they attend.

Our approach is even more personal – the founder travels to South Africa twice a year at her own expense, to oversee the necessary purchases, attend school meetings and concerts and to give individual encouragement and the occasional hand with homework!

For children who started their lives under such difficult circumstances, they now have the love and care from the Sisters matched with the confidence that they can take their education as far as their skills and talents will allow.

Future Bright Trust gives them the security they need to strive at school – and hopefully become caring and responsible Christian
adults as well as good citizens of South Africa – just as Nelson Mandela envisioned.

Our task is not yet complete – with your help we can get there
