We did it! We put a date in the diary and hoped…not just for good weather but for the rules governing the total number of people allowed at events to be relaxed in time for 3 July. The prayers for good weather worked again (thank you Mother Zelma!) but the rules were not relaxed as we had hoped on 21 June, so we were restricted to 30 people in the garden at any one time. Not a problem though…
